Description

The ideal candidate will be a creative self-starter with a fun attitude and strong communication skills
Experience with retail sales and social media is essential. A passion for marketing and design is beneficial.

The Position:
1. Social Media Responsibilities:
-Create brand aligned postings on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, WordPress and Tumblr.
-Schedule and update social media accounts with a specific timeline and consistency.
-Research articles & other educational products online
-Photograph product, post content and schedule marketing posts strategically.
-Be the "voice" of an established cool brand.

2. Sales Responsibilities:
-Deliver above-and-beyond customer service through phone, email and in person correspondence.
-Think creatively about ways in which we can optimize each customer’s experience through both the store and digital channels.
-Contribute to goal oriented sales and have the ability to multi-task.
-Excel at customer service to include product knowledge, selling suggestions and register procedures.

Education and Experience:
2 - 4 Years College University completed. Preferably in the fields of fashion, interiors or marketing.
2 - 6 years of retail experience, preferably in a fashion, interiors or luxury goods industry.

Ability to drive sales through excellent service, strong visual presentation, and a full understanding of the business. Ability to collaborate with others, as well as work independently.
French language skills are a plus.

Commitment:
This is a part-time position. Minimum 10 -16 hrs/week.
Requirement will include two weekdays from 11:30AM - 7:30PM. **Flexible with the days, but not the hours.
Must be available a minimum of two Sundays per month.
This is an ideal position for a mature candidate seeking supplemental income, an education in managing an independent business or a student/creative with schedule flexibility.

An ability to commute to job location is necessary to meet requirements.
