On November 10th, 2012 NY Creative Interns hosted their 2nd Annual Find & Follow Your Passion Conference, featuring creative professionals from companies such as NY Mag, kbs+, Behance, Twitter, and Marvel Comics. Hundreds of young creatives fled to Pratt Institute to listen in on talks about how to use online tools to make connections, balancing side projects, and the art of negotiation. Missed the conference? You’re in luck. We will be releasing the videos from the keynote speakers and the panel sessions over the next few weeks.

Starting off the video series is the opening keynote presentation from the Find & Follow Your Passion Conference. Tina Roth Eisenberg, aka swissmiss, is a graphic designer known for her popular design blog. On top of that, she also organizes the monthly lecture/breakfast series called CreativeMornings, runs a collaborative workspace in DUMBO, is the force behind the simple, browser-based to-do app called TeuxDeux, and just recently launched Tattly, a design temporary tattoo shop.
For her opening keynote, Tina launched into why she loves eccentric aunts, and what are her 8 Rules To Live By. An inspiring start to an unforgettable day, Tina’s talk is worth a watch:
Keep an eye out for information on the next installment of Find & Follow Your Passion, happening on April 10th, 2013, as well as other upcoming events hosted by NY Creative Interns.
