I am a sophomore at Hofstra University majoring in Public Relations and minoring in Spanish. I am enthusiastic, a hard worker, and am always ready to take on any new challenge. I have years of experience in childcare, administrative assistant work, editorial work, and photography, but I'm hoping to broaden my horizons into International PR and Corporate Social Responsibility.
I am currently the Vice President of Her Campus Hofstra and a Fellow for the Center for Civic Engagement at Hofstra. I am also the co-director for the Hempstead High School Tutoring Project Initiative and work as an assistant in the Hofstra University Relations office writing press releases, sending pitch letters, developing contact lists for the university, and writing stories for the Hofstra News site.
My skills include: Editorial Writing, Critical Writing, Spanish Speaking, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Social Media, Event Planning, Photography, Copyediting, Speech Writing, and Media Relations. I can also bake. I can't cook, but that doesn't stop me from trying!
