Nadine Sihota is a Talent Acquisition Specialist with TEKsystems. With over 6+ years of experience in the recruitment industry, Nadine is currently running internal hiring across Canada and Detroit. Her drive to serve others and passion for helping people achieve their goals is what has kept her in this industry. Her friendly demeanor makes her approachable and she’s always willing to help in any way that she can.
Taylor Petersen has been working at TEKsystems for almost 2.5 years and has found a passion for creating equal opportunities for everyone they meet! He also focuses on deconstructing what we know about current “professionalism” norms and having candid conversations on how to unlock everyone’s true authentic selves in the workplace. He currently holds a role that places a huge emphasis on recruiting and maintaining a diverse and culturally aware workspace.
