The Lincoln Center’s Festival department oversees all aspects of their annual international performing arts festival, and they are looking for a Production Intern to work with the Director of Production and the Production Coordinator to facilitate all technical aspects of the Lincoln Center Festival. LCF interns will be responsible for researching and managing rentals and purchases, overseeing in-house inventory and supplies, aiding in payroll and petty cash reconciliations, and more. Interns must be current students, preferably applicants with a strong background in production management and who possess administrative support experience, initiative, enthusiasm, and a sense of humor preferred.

The Shorty Awards. Associate Producer.
The Shorty Awards honor the best of social media, recognizing the people and organizations that produce real-time short content across Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr, and the social web. They are looking for an Associate Producer starting in January, to work with the lead producer who oversees partnerships, marketing, celebrity relationships, and production of the Shorty Awards platform and event. Responsibilities include being the point person on researching and executing elements, managing community support on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, coordinating with nominees, finalists, and winners, managing allocations and registration, and more. Ideal applicants should have 1-3 years of experience working in customer service, social media, or marketing, have a polite and professional manner, interest in the public relations industry, and possess the ability to wear multiple hats. Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, HTML/CSS, GiHub, and basic familiarity with SQL are pluses.
