Sonar. Community/Content/Social Media Intern. Stipend. Are you a social media junkie, fully-networked and fluent with the latest social technologies? The Fashion department at Marie Claire is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and hardworking Fashion Intern to assist editors and their fashion assistants starting August 1 through the Fall 2012 semester. Some responsibilities include creating storyboards for upcoming issues and managing the inventory for clothing and accessory samples. Ideal candidates are team players who demonstrate both strong communication and organizational skills, have expertise in multitasking, and are able to work efficiently in fast-paced environments. Production Assistant Intern. Unpaid. Entertainment Tonight and The Insider, the two top-rated entertainment news shows, are looking for bright, enthusiastic people to assist the New York bureau. This is a great opportunity to learn the business and get real-world experience in television production. Responsibilities will include aiding producers in the administrative office and assisting in the television studio as well as at field and on-location shoots. Responsibilities will also include assisting with talent logistics, maintaining the tape library, logging NY morning shows, and general administrative support such as errands. Advertising Sales InternUnpaid. Advertising Sales Interns will partner with teams on diverse and sometimes complex Sales-support duties. Interns will assist with the completion of proposals, maintenance and updates to the company’s extensive online contact database, and assist with coordinating events and travel. Responsibilities will also include interacting with the Marketing team on custom proposals, researching potential advertisers, scouting for prospective advertisers from competitive magazines or websites, preparing media kits and information for clients, and various administrative tasks as needed. We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic Junior Designer to join our team. You must be able to use your design skills to express how individual style is aspirational and approachable and have a working knowledge of ad concepting from briefs to executing a luxury aesthetic. New York Public Library. Production Supervisor. Reporting to the Curator of the Theatre on Film and Tape Archive (TOFT), the Production Supervisor will be responsible for all administrative duties related to video production, such as preparing clearance forms and all correspondence for tapings; assisting with pre-taping arrangements with unions, cast, creative personnel of production, and video crew; and assisting the TOFT Curator in maintaining videotaping schedules to meet all deadlines.
