Join us for a discussion on diversity and inclusion with Juliette Austin, Founder of FrankEvan’s Consulting, and Emily Miethner, FindSpark Founder & CEO.
The FindSpark community celebrates and encourages diversity, but unfortunately, not every workplace does. This workshop will focus on the importance of hiring diverse candidates, and having conversations that aim to break down barriers between colleagues at work.

This free virtual workshop will be held by none other than our fabulous and fearless leader, Emily Miethner, CEO & Founder of FindSpark, and Juliette Austin, Founder of FrankEvan’s Consulting.
The presentation will last about 45 minutes, followed by a 15 minute Q&A.
Juliette Austin’s career in Organizational Development has spanned Fortune 500 companies and startups across different industries, where she specializes in talent management, diversity, inclusion, equity, and one-on-one coaching of both experienced and young professionals. She now applies those experiences and knowledge directly through her own consulting practice – FrankEvans Consulting, LLC, where she works with companies in developing and implementing diversity and inclusion strategies. She also coaches individuals on leadership and career development, and is an adjunct professor of HR Talent Management at New York Institute of Technology (NYIT), Committee Co-Chair of the New York Diversity Council (NYOT), certified in Global Cultural Competency (GCAA), as well as a Certified Wellness Coach.
