Juliette Austin’s career in Organizational Development has spanned Fortune 500 companies and startups across different industries, including Ernst & Young, Canon USA, and BuzzFeed, where she specializes in talent management, diversity, inclusion, equity, and one-on-one coaching of both experienced and young professionals. She now applies those experiences and knowledge directly through her own consulting practice – FrankEvans Consulting, LLC, where she works with companies in developing and implementing diversity and inclusion strategies. She also coaches individuals on leadership and career development, and is an adjunct professor of HR Talent Management at New York Institute of Technology (NYIT), Committee Co-Chair of the New York Diversity Council (NYOT), certified in Global Cultural Competency (GCAA), as well as a Certified Wellness Coach.

Emily Miethner is the CEO and Founder of FindSpark, a community dedicated to connecting employers to exceptional, diverse early career talent. With 25,000+ student and young professional members, more than half identifying as people of color, FindSpark works with companies like L’Oreal, Bustle, and 1stdibs to support their diversity & inclusion, employer branding, and recruitment initiatives. Miethner is also an adjunct professor, and has been featured as a networking and millennial expert on Good Morning America and in The Wall Street Journal, New York Times, and Glamour, among others.
