We’re kicking off the party in style with fun, interactive activities. From an accomplishment wall (to be filled out by YOU), to a post card station (write a thank you note to someone who’s supported your career, and we’ll send it!), this event will challenge you to think of new ways that you can build connections and pursue the career of your dreams.
Fun Involved Includes:
- Photo booth and selfie station
- Accomplishment Wall
- Post Card Station
- Glitter Tattoo Station
- Wine, beer, & light bites
- Inspiring talks from top pros representing NBC, Building Beats, General Catalyst Partners, Livestream, & more
- Giveaways from our friends at Museum Hack to their VIP night and tours of the American Museum of Natural History
- Networking with FindSpark community members, speaker alumni, employers, and YOU!
Who You’ll Meet
Our community is made up of diverse, ambitious pros from a variety of industries and companies. You could meet:
- Recruiters, designers, strategists, art directors, venture capitalists, small business owners, job seekers, web producers, fashion bloggers, freelancers, writers, side hustlers, photographers, and more
- Incredible peers and pros from Livestream, Univision, FCB Health, Building Beats, Museum Hack, Wix, The Shorty Awards, Blue Apron, WeWork, Dev Bootcamp, CourseHorse, Master & Dynamic, Kinnek, Barbarian Group, and more
Plus, we’ll get inspired by short talks from some of our most passionate FindSpark community members:
Joel first joined our community as a young pro. A connection he made at a FindSpark conference led him to a gig at Warner Music Group. Now at UNICEF, we’re proud to have Joel as a speaker and employer.
President & Co-Founder
Phi was one of our keynote speakers at our very first FindSpark event ever. Since then, he’s built his own non-profit, Building Beats, which empowers youth to gain confidence and entrepreneurial skills through music.
General Catalyst Partners
Peter is an early FindSpark community member, attending our first summer event series in 2011 as a student. Since then, he’s returned often as a speaker, including moderating a panel at our very first conference in 2012, and at multiple speed networking events.
Content & Social Curator
Carly is an alum of the FindSpark Campus Ambassador Program. She discovered Livestream through a FindSpark event and now works there full-time, after graduating in May 2015.
Coordinator, Campus 2 Career Internship Program
Janel has been a FindSpark community member since 2012, a frequent attendee of our conferences and events. Since graduating, she’s had an incredible career at NBCUniversal, mentoring up-and-coming media pros, and coming back to our community as a speaker and recruiter.
Founder & CEO
Our fearless leader founded FindSpark while still in college. Five years later, she’s built the most ambitious community of young pros on the planet, now 20,000+ strong.

Museum Hack likes to joke and say it does museum tours for people who don’t like museums. Their expertise is in leading private social museum adventures, and whether it’s for a company offsite, a bachelorette party, or a leadership summit, the most popular comment from their customers is, “I’ve never had so much fun in a Museum!” They began offering these unique experiences at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. Today, they host hundreds of tours every year at museums in New York City, Washington D.C., and San Francisco. In addition to museum tours, Museum Hack provides premium engagement and storytelling consulting services to startups, museums, luxury hotels, corporations, and universities. Museum Hack will be giving out sweet prizes at the bash!
Whether it’s finding an apartment, applying for a new credit card or getting a car loan, your credit can make a big difference. If you’re not sure where you stand or how you can start building your credit, Credit Karma can help. They’ll hook you up with your scores, reports and a whole bunch of helpful tips, and it’s all totally free.
Dev Bootcamp pioneered the short-term immersive “web development bootcamp,” a model that transforms beginners into full-stack web developers. Through effort, community support and training, they help beginners with little or no technical background reach a level of proficiency that allows them to get paid to continue learning on the job as junior web developers. They have campuses in Chicago, New York City and San Francisco. To date they’ve graduated more than 1,000 students who work on development teams all over the world.
