Ralph Nader joined Viacom/MTV Networks in 2013 to spearhead digital recruiting across Viacom’s large portfolio of brands including MTV, VH1, Comedy Central, Nickelodeon and Spike. Prior to joining Viacom Ralph spent a number at NBCUniversal where he was responsible for NBC News and NBC’s Digital properties; a portfolio that included MSNBC, CNBC, DailyCandy.com, Fandango.com and some of NBC’s flagship News properties such as The Today Show and Dateline.
Ralph holds a degree from the University of Arizona in Sociology and Psychology. He later added graduate course work in organizational development and leadership coaching from NYU.
He began his career in the advertising industry for one of Omnicom’s most successful advertising agencies in New York. Shortly thereafter, he joined Bench International, a boutique retained executive search firm, as their Director of recruitment. A position he held for 3 years before joining the NBC News Group.
His passion has always been coaching and guiding new graduates in their quest to identify their passion and career paths. He continues to mentor and advise graduates and interns at Viacom and externally.

LaDonna Lusher joined Virginia & Ambinder, LLP in June 2007 and works at their Lower Manhattan offices. LaDonna’s practice focuses on employment law and she has represented clients in a wide variety of labor matters, including class actions to recover unpaid wages and benefits, employment discrimination matters and employee discharge and discipline. LaDonna has litigated labor and employment law claims in both federal and state courts, including prevailing wage violations, FLSA violations, state wage and hour violations, discrimination, sexual harassment, breach of contract and other employment-related violations. LaDonna has additional experience in general commercial litigation and has helped recover unpaid benefit fund contributions on behalf of unions and their members.

Outside of Gartner, Jeremey is a member of Toastmasters International and the author of three books including the number public speaking best-seller on Amazon, “How to Deliver a TED Talk.” It is a “step-by-step playbook” to help individuals select topics for presentations, craft narratives, master delivery of presentations, and refine designs. He also talks about and gives advice on public speaking on his blog, SpeakingSherpa.
Jeremey received Bachelor and Master’s Degrees in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and then went on to get an MBA in Econometrics & Statistics at University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business. Apart from public speaking, his interests include leadership development and writing.

As the community grew, the focus has shifted to helping young creatives around the world discover what they are passionate about and give them the tools and knowledge they need to create their dream careers.
Emily’s initial goal of helping others find great opportunities has led to her own dream career. Passionate about the power of relationships and their positive effect on our careers and happiness, she can be found at events, conferences and schools, speaking about the importance of building community through social media and networking.
Emily has presented at The United Nations, Columbia University, SXSW Interactive, Internet Week and New York University, been featured in The New York Times, U.S. News, and Fast Company, and written for Mashable.
