What sets you apart from other young creatives?
I think two words can describe myself: Focused and hard worker. I really work hard to achieve my goals and and everyone can count on me for almost everything!

What is your proudest career moment (so far)?
I started working for a big company early, so I think that my biggest career moment so far was to work a HUGE and international event supporting athletes from all over the world.
I’m almost sure that this event (and some other ideas) helped me get my promotion.

What’s something cool you’ve made/done recently?
Developing (with my field team) new brainstorming techniques – presential and digital, via G+ Hangout! The results were awesome.

What’s something new you’ve recently learned?
I’m always learning new things, but the last thing that I learned (and I’m still learning) is some concepts of design thinking and rapid prototype.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
This is the best HR question ever! Haha! I want to be successful, living in NY, and working as a manager for a great company (with an amazing work environment) while I’m developing my own business.

What’s your favorite social media network and why?
Instagram. I guess it’s the only social media nowadays that you can interact with your real thoughts and ideas (visually) in almost real time.

What’s your favorite part about being a FindSpark Member?
Always offering new job offers from new – and awesome – companies and all the content about being a better professional.

How did you hear about FindSpark?
I heard about NY Creative Interns while taking my filmmaking course at NYC. In 2012, I put my email on the website’s list and never stopped following them!
