Part recruitment event, part employer branding opportunity, #FindSparkFest will connect your company with hundreds of intern and entry-level candidates in NYC (and beyond) — online and offline.

You’ll show off your brand, create an amazing networking opportunity for your team, and build your talent pipeline.

#FindSparkFest attendees will be prepared to talk with your team members, ask insightful questions, and apply for your positions. We’ll tailor our promotion to get your company in front of the right candidates.

How It Works

  • Register below for the package that best suits your needs.
  • Tell us why your company rocks and who you’d like to target.
  • As soon as you register, you can start posting your jobs and internships and we’ll start promoting your company’s involvement.
  • We’ll show your company culture and opportunities to our community as you open your doors to them virtually and/or in person.
  • Close the week meeting hundreds of candidates at our #FindSparkFest Opportunity Mixer.

The Schedule

#FindSparkFest Prep Party

Monday, March 9th, 6:30pm

FindSpark Community Members will get feedback on their resumes, cover letters, online portfolios, and more. We’ll show them how to make the most of #FindSparkFest and be the best possible candidates for positions at your company.

For Premium Employers, attend this event and get even more access and networking time with our talent for your recruiters, hiring managers, and team members.

#FindSparkFest Inside Looks

Tuesday, March 10th – Thursday, March 12th

Invite the FindSpark community into your space, through social media or in-person. Our community members will get a sneak peek into life at your company through two types of events:

Virtual Inside Looks

  • Share photos, tips, interviews from team members, or a virtual video tour of the office through your Instagram and Twitter accounts using #FindSparkFest (we’ll send you a handy social media guide with lots of tips).
  • Community members all over the country will be following the hashtag #FindSparkFest throughout the week.
  • Use our event app to see participants from all over the country. You’ll be able to check out their LinkedIn profiles, mark candidates you’re interested in, and contact them all through the app.


  • Your Inside Look could be a tour of your space, a lunch & learn with a few team members, or a happy hour with many of your employees.
  • Event format and timing are up to you – you’ll organize an event that best reflects your company culture, and we’ll provide support materials to help you plan and an on-site volunteer to help you with setup.
  • We’ll take care of all the marketing and promotion, using targeted outreach to get the right candidates to your Inside Look. Of course, you’re encouraged to promote your involvement through your own channels as well.
  • Your event will go onto our events calendar, and we’ll set you up with easy tools to manage registration and details; there’s no need to do it on your own. Plus, you’ll have access to the information registrants submit when they RSVP.

#FindSparkFest Opportunity Mixer

Friday, March 13th, 6pm – 9pm

Part networking mixer, part job fair, our Opportunity Mixer will give you a chance to get to know attendees who couldn’t make it to your event and reconnect with those you met throughout the week.


  • Table, chairs, table cloth, table tent name card

You’ll collect resumes (which we’ll also provide in a digital resume book), vet candidates for internships and entry-level positions, and get the word out about your brand. Your team will get to network and fill your pipeline with the brightest creatives in NYC.
