Nowadays, there’s a wealth of information to be discovered about any company you might consider working for, from job sites, like Glassdoor to company social media accounts to press.

If you want to tell the most authentic possible story, however, it’s the employees that are best able to show off why your company is a great place to work.

Everyone from interns to CEOs has the opportunity to share what their experience is like, inspiring and educating people to consider if the company is a good fit for them.

In other words, the people tasked with building your company’s team and culture aren’t showing it off, it’s a missed opportunity.

If you’re an HR pro (or any other kind of pro) who wants to show off and grow great culture at your company, social media can be a key way to do so.

FindSpark always encourages young professionals to follow and connect online with people who work at the companies they love. This is because the people who work there are often the best advocates for the company, and can offer a deeper perspective of their culture than the company careers page.

Not sure how best to showcase all the awesomeness your company has to offer?

These recruiters, HR, and diversity and inclusion pros are rockstars at building excitement and awareness around the people, culture, and opportunities at their company.

They’re so obviously obsessed with where they work, it’s enough to make you think, could you be obsessed with it, too?
