This exclusive free event will give a select group of FindSpark members with backgrounds and interests relevant to Industrious' Community Manager and Operations Associate roles the opportunity to learn from and network with leaders within the Industrious team.

Event Sessions include:

  • Operations & Community: Staying Organized in a Fast-Paced Environment

Each session will be led in small attendee groups by a different Industrious team member and will have takeaways you can apply to where you're at in your career now. At the end of the sessions, attendee groups will work together to prepare their own mini-event strategy based on what they've learned.


About the Community Manager and Operations Associate Roles at Industrious

Community Manager: As a Community Manager, you will manage our space for startups, traditional businesses, regional offices of national firms, small businesses, and freelancers. This person will be responsible for maximizing our occupancy through sales techniques and outstanding customer service, maintaining an extraordinary sense of community, running the day-to-day operations of the space, developing creative local marketing strategies, and planning engaging member events. CMs typically have 3+ years of experience.

Operations Associate Role: As an Operations Associate, you'll be creating an incredible "day at the office" experience for our members. You’ll be responsible for running seamless day to day operations of the space and help build the co-working community through the planning and supporting of exciting activities for our members. This is a great opportunity if you’re passionate about customer service, hospitality, enjoy multitasking in a fast-paced environment and you feel energized when you have a lot going on. OAs typically have 0-2 years of experience.

When will I find out if I've been accepted to attend the event?  

After you request an invite, you'll be notified within 3-4 days if you've been selected to attend, or by Friday, May 24, 2019 at 5:00 pm ET at the very latest. This program is for professionals who have 2-5 years of post-grad experience and an interest in hospitality, sales, events, or community.
