ActiveCampaign is a fast growing marketing platform focused on email, marketing automation, and sales for small businesses. We are seeking a talented business development representative to help us discover, qualify, and manage leads.
What is needed:
- Past experience (or a high level of interest) with sales -- specifically with SAAS solutions
- Knowledge of the email & online marketing space
- The ability to efficiently react to a significant number of emails, chats, & phone calls per day
- A self-motivated and driven attitude where you will work towards achieving new goals
- Excellent communication skills & the ability to relate to others
- Willingness to work closely with others in a collaborative manner
Some things your day could consist of:
- Reviewing, contacting, and qualifying inbound leads
- Handling direct inbound sales calls, chats, and tickets
- Turning direct calls, chats, and tickets into leads for sales reps & assisting with the hand off
- Conducting demos and/or discovery calls
- Generating new leads through outbound prospecting
