What your day could consist of:

  • Assisting users via email, live chat, and phone
  • Consulting with clients to help them utilize our platform to achieve their unique goals
  • Keeping on top of the latest news in regards to email marketing, deliverability, and small business marketing in general.

What is needed:

  • Past experience with technical/customer service — specifically with SAAS solutions
  • A true care for creating memorable customer experiences and delivering value through support
  • The ability to efficiently respond to a significant number of emails, chats, & phone calls per day
  • A self-motivated and driven attitude towards achieving quantitative and qualitative goals
  • Excellent communication skills & the ability to relate to others
  • Input matters, your work has a high impact, and everyone is working together.
  • Being able to take a general idea and add your own insight and tweaks to it.
