What your day could consist of:
- Assisting users via email, live chat, and phone
- Consulting with clients to help them utilize our platform to achieve their unique goals
- Keeping on top of the latest news in regards to email marketing, deliverability, and small business marketing in general.
What is needed:
- Past experience with technical/customer service — specifically with SAAS solutions
- A true care for creating memorable customer experiences and delivering value through support
- The ability to efficiently respond to a significant number of emails, chats, & phone calls per day
- A self-motivated and driven attitude towards achieving quantitative and qualitative goals
- Excellent communication skills & the ability to relate to others
- Input matters, your work has a high impact, and everyone is working together.
- Being able to take a general idea and add your own insight and tweaks to it.
