Meet Bayla Gottesman, Training/HR Coordinator at Ruder Finn, Inc., at Find & Follow Your Passion on November 9

On Saturday, November 9th, more than 35 top creative professionals will be sharing their insight with our community at the fourth installment of Find & Follow Your Passion, our full-day career conference in partnership with Eugene Lang College The New School for Liberal Arts.

We’re thrilled to introduce you to one of our speakers, Bayla Gottesman. Bayla will be sharing advice at the Coffee or Lunch: The Art of the Informational Interview panel.

Bayla Gottesman is the Training/HR coordinator at the New York City headquarters of Ruder Finn, Inc., one of the world’s largest independent public relations agencies. In her role, she manages two internal training initiatives: The Executive Training Program (ETP), a four-month intensive for recent college graduates, and Strategic Training and Recognition (STAR) for full-time employees. Prior to joining Ruder Finn in 2011, Bayla served as the dance editor for Uptempo Magazine.

In addition, Bayla is a member of New York Women in Communications and serves on its Student Affairs Committee. She graduated summa cum laude from The University of Arizona with a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, specializing in Dance.

Bayla believes the most exciting part of working in the creative field is bridging the gap between your professional and personal lives. She encourages everyone to pursue passions and hobbies — to try something new that scares you — because those experiences will ultimately enhance your creativity and bring engagement to life and work.
