We are so excited to have Chris Lesser, Senior Human Resources Manager at AOL, as one of our Panelists for the evening. In his current role, Chris manages three programs: Internal Mobility, providing mentoring, career coaching, and guidance to current employees searching for new roles internally; Employee Referral Program; and Behavioral Interview Skills training for hiring managers. Chris has been with AOL for over five years and during this time he has managed an award winning summer internship program and recruiting process. He created a revamped on boarding experience for new hires which tripled the number of roles filled internally over the course of a year. He has also trained over 1000 employees in 6 countries to be better interviewers.
Chris is a graduate of the California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, and has over 17 years experience in the staffing and recruiting profession spanning several industries and roles. Past speaking engagements have included guest speaker for the Human Capital Institute and s a panelist during the National Black MBA Association conference. Chris often provides advice and consulting for colleagues on the topics of university recruiting, onboarding, interview training, and internal mobility.
