More than 40 top creative professionals will be sharing their insight with us for Find & Follow Your Passion, our full-day conference taking place on November 10th. We’re thrilled to introduce you to one of our speakers, Jenny Blake.
As an extremely sought-after speaker, who has been featured on Forbes.com, US News & CNN.com, Jenny has spoken to a variety of prominent communities including Google, Best Buy, Carnegie Melon and Columbia University. In her most recent role at Google, she was a Career Development Program Manager, helping Googlers to focus on their personal growth and career development. Most notably, Jenny implemented a global (15+ country) Career Guru program which involved training hundreds of managers across the world to provide 1:1 drop-in coaching to employees.
It was through Google that Jenny completed her training to be a life coach and mentor at the Coaches Training Institute. She is also a certified Myers-Briggs practitioner and served on the Board of Governors for the International Association of Coaching in 2010. After leaving Google, Jenny moved to New York City to pursue her real dream, which is to help people “Wake up, live big! and love the journey”. Her latest project is Make Sh*t Happen
– an 8 week course that helps people take their goals from “impossible” ideas to tangible success. After Jenny stumbled into the “real world”, and read over 150 business and personal development books in the process, she felt compelled to share her accrued knowledge with other young professionals. She’s also the author of Life After College: The Complete Guide to Getting What You Want
Join Jenny and over 350 young creatives for a full day of discussions, hands on workshops, networking, and fun. Meet the coolest creatives and companies in New York City, learn about different industries, and make great connections with peers and professionals. The event is in partnership with the Center for Career & Professional Development at Pratt Institute and will take place on their beautiful campus in Brooklyn.
