Jim Hopkinson is an author, blogger, podcaster, speaker, and teacher living in New York City. His focus is on career development for the new economy, showing people how new media, technology and branding are changing how people look at their career and lifestyle.

He is the author of the book “Salary Tutor: Learn The Salary Negotiation Secrets No One Ever Taught You,” has taught more than 6,000 students online how to negotiate their salary, hosts a popular blog and podcast called “The Hopkinson Report,” and previously managed online marketing and social media strategy for Wired.com.
