Joy works as an Assistant Account Executive at BBDO, one of the largest advertising agencies in the world. The company manages clients from a variety of industries including, PepsiCo, AT&T, Exxon Mobil, Starbucks, HBO and Hewlett-Packard.

Joy and her team are presently working on managing campaigns for the MARS company; currently focusing on the M&M’s chocolate brand. Through her work she was able to collaborate with many advertising mediums including TV, print, online and social media.

She attended Johnson & Wales University in Rhode Island, where she pursued her career path in the Advertising program early on. She specifically chose it due to its unique mix of culture and business; as well as the highly creative individuals you get to work with.

Joy believes that the time spent in college is the best time for students to build experience and boundless opportunities. It is the ideal time to acquire skills and put them to use, as students do not have serious responsibilities of a professional just yet. Taking the time to volunteer and participate in organizations will truly pay dividends when applying to future jobs.

Join Joy and over 300 young professionals for a full day of discussions, hands on workshops, networking and fun – all aimed to getting you closer to the career of your dreams.
