Rod is a design industry creative recruitment professional with a rich art and design academic background. Rod has 15+ years international experience in the realm of creative recruitment, design education, visual arts consultation, and mentorship. He is the Creative Recruiter for North America at Momentum Worldwide, where he sources top creative talent, across disciplines to be part of an exciting, forward thinking, advertising, and marketing agency.

Prior to his position at Momentum, Rod worked at Parsons, where he served as the Associate Director of Career Services for nine years, acting as the bridge between creative talent and the design industry, alongside advising countless students and alumni on career strategy. He also represented Parsons globally, visiting schools, hosting portfolio reviews and at industry conferences.

Alongside Rod’s position in advertising, he also offers his professionals services as a visual arts career coach. Rod is a big city guy who thrives being on the international pulse of the creative arts. Design really is part of Rod’s DNA and he has a genuine passion for what he does.
