Education and Diversity Director of the One Club, Tiffany supports the next generation of advertising and design creatives by developing, planning and hosting various events and programs that help them build their portfolios, get advice from top professionals in the industry, receive scholarships and in many cases, land a job. She also introduces multicultural students who are not aware of advertising as a viable career to the field.
Thus far Tiffany’s work has been recognized by prestigious organizations such as ADCOLOR (2010 Rising Star) and the AAF Mosaic Awards (2011 Honoree).
Outside of her day job, Tiffany continues the push to diversify the industry, mentoring students from IAM (the first high school in the country teaching students about advertising and design); serving as an executive member of the Madison’s Browne Fellowship committee (an organization that hosts monthly networking events); serving on the ADCOLOR advisory board; and participating in the 4A’s documentary “Pursuit of Passion: Diversity in Advertising”. Tiffany quickly fell love with the advertising industry after discovering it six years ago and is proud to be doing her part to help fix the diversity issues that have plagued the industry for decades.
