You will assist with onboarding new clients, work with current customers to determine product needs, gather analytics data, compare different product promotions, research online audiences, and generate actionable reports.
MOSS. Social Media Intern and Gallery Intern. Design Gallery needs Social Media Intern to manage all platforms. Girl Walk // All Day is a 71 minute dance music video set to Girl Talk’s “All Day.” We’re seeking an intern to help us plan, promote and host interactive film screenings in NYC & beyond. You’ll be researching sponsorships & vendors, drafting press releases + integral to all stages of event planning.

New York Theater Workshop. Office Manager/Receptionist. NYTW is seeking a smart, highly motivated, detail-oriented, personable full-time Office Manager/Receptionist to work at its administrative offices in the East Village. This entry level position offers a great opportunity to become part of New York City fs Off Broadway community.
Institute of Classical Architecture and Art. Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant works closely with the energetic leadership team of a unique Educational and Membership national nonprofit organization based in New York. Primary job function is to serve as staff liaison to national board, facilitating and managing diplomatic communications and logistics.
Fractured Atlas. Program Associate.  Fractured Atlas is the nation’s largest non-profit arts service organization with a multi-disciplinary membership of over 18,000 independent artists and arts organizations. This position will provide administrative support for all of our core programs and services and for the organization overall. It is an entry-level position and involves a great deal of front-line customer service.
Christie’s. Bid Assistant. This is a temporary fixed-term position which will include training to support the performance of a variety of essential tasks during the very busy fall season of 2011.  The role will include interacting with clients and performing internal functions, including taking and processing bids in advance of the sale; registering clients in Property; online bid-clerking; telephone bidding; folding invoices post-sale; assisting with auction tickets.
