While Univision may make the entertainment part look easy, it’s attributed to their partnership with the world’s largest content provider, Televisa, with programming such as the Latin Grammy Awards, Mira Quien Baila, Nuestra Belleza Latina, classics like El Chavo and a roster of Hollywood blockbusters.
While Spanish language is still their core and isn’t going away, Univision has recognized that living in culture isn’t limited to consuming media in Spanish. Culture transcends language and our latest additions address that.

Univision: Our Women’s Leadership Council is committed to actively contributing to the professional growth and development of women at Univision with a particular focus on: mentorship, recruitment, development, and community service. Univision’s Early Leadership Program is focused on attracting high-potential recent college graduates who will help us create a talent pipeline for future leadership positions within our company. We also have strategic partnerships with the Emma Bowen Foundation – this organization creates career opportunities in the media industry for minority youth through a program that focuses on scholastic achievement, direct work experience and professional development. In addition to, Christo Rey NYC High School – their work-study program provides students with real world job experiences while allowing them to earn a large portion of the cost of their education.
