Our recruiting events, like our popular Opportunity Mixers, give recruiters access to over 200 ambitious students and emerging professionals who are specifically interested in internships, entry-level roles, and new connections in creative industries with backgrounds ranging from design and marketing to photography and social media.

Our Community
Our active, in-real-life community spans New York City area and beyond, as well as dozens of college campuses.  Our members are students and young professionals (ranging from design to social media) who work hard and follow their passions. Our programming covers career topics like interviewing skills, social media, and personal branding, so that our members are prepped for success once they land their dream opportunity.

Our Attendees

Attendee Preparedness
Attendees will go through prep workshops on social media and resumes and cover letters prior to the event in addition to learning about the opportunities you’re offering via our job board, custom mobile app, and event website.

More than half of our community identifies as Hispanic, Latino, Black, African American, Native American, American Indian, Asian, or Pacific Islander. We believe that by providing companies with access to a diverse workforce, we help them reach a greater pool of candidates — which greatly improves the odds of finding the best person for each position.
