Resumes & Cover Letters: Advice From Real Recruiters

Date: Tuesday, January 21, 2014
Time: 6:30pm – 9:00pm
Location: The Wix Lounge, 235 West 23rd St., New York, NY 10011
Dress: Business Casual

Our event IS on tonight, even though it’s snowing! We won’t have hot cocoa, but we will have pizza and soda when you get here.

Recruiters spend about six seconds looking at a resume on average and an unimpressive resume and cover letter often mean the difference between landing an interview, or getting left behind. Just how to write these documents is a subject not taught at school, but thankfully, you’ve got us. Join the FindSpark community for a night of can’t-miss advice from people who read resumes for a living.

You’ll come away with a fresh outlook on your job hunt, inspiration, and, as is true for all our events, new connections and friends.
