Are you wondering how to make your resume stand out? Trying to decide what to highlight for employers? Our workshop is designed to give you tips and insight on how to get that resume perfect and ready to send. We will share insight into what companies are looking for and how to present your experiences in the best way possible.

The event will start with a 45 minute resume workshop followed by a 15 minute Q&A.

Event Leader: Emily Miethner: Founder, President, FindSpark (Formerly NY Creative Interns)

Emily has spoken about the power of social media and networking at numerous colleges, conferences, and events including Columbia University, New York University, SXSW Interactive, and Social Media Week. After graduating in May 2010 Emily interned at Gawker.TV and Flavorpill, landing her first full time gig in July at Sterling Publishing as the Social Media Marketing Coordinator. A year later she moved on to take on a new role at as the Community Manager. Currently, Emily is focusing on building FindSpark while working as a Freelance Community Manager and Social Media Strategist.

Emily has met tons of incredibly inspiring people since her transition from college to the “real world” and aims to erase negativity from the phrase “it’s all about who you know.” After all, it is, but that isn’t a bad thing.
