EVENTS
Your attendance of a FindSpark event is at your sole risk. FindSpark is not involved in any way with the actions of any attendees of our events. As a result, we have no control over the identity or actions of attendees at our events, and we request that our attendees exercise caution and good judgment when attending our events. You acknowledge and agree that by participating in any events you may be exposed to a variety of risks and hazards, which may or may not be foreseen, including (without limitation) personal injury, property damage and death. You are solely responsible for all costs and/or risks associated with your participation in any event. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release FindSpark from any claims or damages of any kind or nature, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, disclosed or undisclosed, relating to your participation in any event, as an attendee. You agree and understand and intend that this assumption of risk and release is binding upon you and your heirs, executors, agents, administrators and assigns.
FindSpark has the absolute right, in its sole discretion, to refuse entry of any person or persons to the Event or, once admitted, to require any person or persons to leave the Event, for any reason whatsoever. The Participant/Attendee/Ticket Holder hereby acknowledges that this ticket bestows no rights upon the holder, is a license, and is revocable at will.
By registering to attend any FindSpark event, you give FindSpark the right to use you name, likeness, still or moving image, voice, appearance, and performance in any videography or photography used for promotional and commercial uses. This grant includes without limitation the right to edit, mix or duplicate and to use or reuse this footage in whole or part. You acknowledge that you have no interest or ownership in the footage or its copyright. You also grant the right to broadcast, exhibit, market, sell, and otherwise distribute said footage, either in whole or in part, and either alone or with other products for any lawful purpose. In consideration of all of the above, you hereby acknowledge receipt of reasonable and fair consideration.
