Teresa Truong develops, executes, and manages strategic programs, initiatives, and events in support of I&D strategy (Workforce, Workplace & Marketplace) that impact both the business and stakeholders, which includes internal employees, consultants, and clients alike. As an internal Diversity Consultant to key Regional & Corporate leaders, she leads and supports initiatives and best practices in the I&D arena. As a passionate Advocate for TEKsystems, she represents, communicates, and drives our marketplace strategy with the goal of leveraging our I&D efforts to create business opportunities with our customers.
Morgan Ingram graduated from University of Arizona with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing in 2010. After graduation, she joined Kohls and was a Operations/ HR Manager for five years. When she was moving to Chicago she was referred to TEKsystems by the Delivery Manager in Phoenix, AZ and started as a Technical Recruiter. Later she moved into the Recruiter Lead role, supporting our Financial Services clients and developing new recruiters to achieve their goals. She currently is on the Talent Acquisition team driving diverse hiring across the US. Morgan is passionate about creating and maintaining a culture that is inclusive and diverse, in demographics and in thought. Outside of work, she loves traveling, especially internationally!
Haley Rearick graduated from University of South Carolina with a Bachelors Degree in International Business and Management in 2017. After graduation she joined TEKsystems where she worked as a Technical Recruiter before moving into the Account Management role, supporting our Financial Services clients with their end to end technology needs. Haley is passionate about female mentorship and development in the workplace and channeled this into starting the NYC offices Women’s Employee Resource Group that she has led for the last 4 years. She has also helped her clients kick off similar programs for women in tech to further drive inclusion & diversity efforts in the local market. Outside of work, she loves traveling and trying all the restaurants NYC has to offer.
Magdaleny Soberanis-Depaz is a Lead Technical Recruiter at TEKsystems NYC for over 6 years. She is responsible for the on-boarding, development, management, and success of new recruiters. Ensuring new recruiters are both fundamentally sound and performing at or above their performance goals. In addition, she still makes time to recruit and network with technical professionals in the fields of Help desk, Desktop support, Audio Visual, DMAC/IMAC, and other skill sets. Plus, supporting various industries like Healthcare, Finance, Legal, Media, and Education from the top Fortune 500 companies in NY. She also leads her local ERG group called the “Multi-Cultural ERG” at TEKsystems and is a major advocate for diversity and inclusion in the workplace whether internal or external. She is a graduate of Mercy College with her bachelor’s degree in business management with a minor in marketing. Lastly, she is a Mexican American and Salvadorian who has a 3 1/2 year old Boston Terrie name Ash and loves nature such as hiking, kayaking, and camping out.
Lisa De Stefano, Graduated from Buffalo State University in 2005 with a degree in Communication. Immediately following graduation she began her career at TEKsystems as a technical recruiter. In 2008, she was promoted to an Account Manager supporting the life Science and Manufacturing. In 2011, Lisa was promoted to an Account Lead, supporting a team of Account Managers aligned to growing the Healthcare vertical in Long Island, NY. In 2016, Lisa was promoted to the Delivery Manager role in NYC, which eventually lead to an opportunity to run the New Jersey Market. In 2018, Lisa, her husband Gary, and their two daughters relocated to New Jersey. Lisa is committed to helping others find success in the IT services Industry, and helping women and working moms/parents in the workforce.
Jaclyn Washington graduated from St. Joseph’s College with a Bachelor’s degree in History in 2017. After graduation she worked in the retail industry before joining TEKsystems as a Technical Staffing Recruiter. One year later, she was promoted to Account Manager, and now services the retail industry from an IT perspective, selling infrastructure and end user solutions to customers. In addition, she also co-leads her office’s Multi-Cultural Employee Resource Group, creating opportunity and a safe space for people of color coming into the company. Jaclyne is passionate about inclusion and diversity – her goal is to mentor others and teach people from different backgrounds how to navigate the corporate world successfully.
