Anjali runs things at Vimeo, a platform to host, share, and stream videos in HD with no ads. Her successful business career began at Wharton and Harvard Business Schools. She then went on to work at Sagent Advisors, Time Warner, Amazon (where she was director of marketing), and finally Vimeo. At Vimeo, worked her way up from VP of Global Marketing to CEO. Anjali was also honored as one of Forbes’ “40 Under 40”.

Amy’s specialty lies in using data to derive stories and insights about what makes consumers tick. Her analytic acumen has landed her several, senior positions at top agencies, including J. Walter Thompson, BBDO, and Droga5, where she’s now Chief Intelligence Officer. Brands she’s worked with include AT&T, Starbucks, Johnson & Johnson, HSBC and more.
Senior Director and Head of Sales, Washington DC at Yelp
Ali Howard is somewhat of a legend in the Yelp sales team. She started out as an Account Executive at Yelp, where she became the #1 rep in the San Francisco office in June of 2011. Later, in 2014, she ranked the top performing Sales Manager in the London office. Eventually, Ali rose to become the Senior Director and Head of Sales of Yelp’s D.C. office, where she’s been for three months now. Throughout her career with Yelp, she lived and worked in four different cities.

Chief Heart Officer at VaynerMedia
Claude is VaynerMedia’s Chief Heart Officer–a unique title that reflects her dynamic skill set. As Chief Heart Officer, Claude guides client relationships, global brand strategies, operations, and management. Before coming home to VaynerMedia, she held several leadership positions at agencies, like J. Walter Thompson, SAY Media, and Publicis London.

Debby became the first-ever CEO of Grey, New York in December 2016. The Harvard grad played a pivotal role in establishing Grey as one of the leading beauty agencies. Some of the clients they’ve worked with under Debby’s lead include Pantene, Ellen DeGeneres, CoverGirl transgender model Tracey Norman, and Gillette.
Founder of EILEEN FISHER
The founder of the women’s clothing brand EILEEN FISHER paid her own way through college as a waitress, since her family decided that they preferred to save their money for her brother’s education. Before launching EILEEN FISHER, she worked as an interior designer and graphic artist. Today, EILEEN FISHER is one of the most successful sustainable clothing brands in the world. CMO at VSA Partners
Heather Torreggiani spearheads growth strategy for VSA’s business development, marketing, PR, brand, and content departments. She has 20 years of experience in agency leadership, account management, and strategic planning with top agencies, like DDB and BBDO in Chicago, New York, and Sydney. Before joining VSA partners, she led business development as Leo Burnett’s Director of Growth and helped found Farmhouse, the company’s innovation brand.
Vice President, Learning Development North America at IPG Mediabrands
Julie leads innovative learning & development strategies across the 13 business units under the IPG Mediabrands umbrella. She’s also co-founder of ROAR, a Diversity and Inclusion Employee Resource Group at IPG. Her accomplishments as VP of L & D include skyrocketing learning and development scores from 44% to 77% and relaunching IPG’s corporate training systems, globally. Julie also owns her own line of artisan soaps and body products.
COO at Cramer-Krasselt
Karen is responsible for managing C-K’s largest office and operations across the C-K network. Under her leadership, C-K has become what Advertising Age called “the hardest-charging independent agency” in the business. She is also on the board of the 4A’s, and the Chicago Advertising Federation. Karen’s also been named among Ad Age’s “40 Women to Watch” and one of Crain’s “Women to Watch.”
Katie Foley Ioanilli
SVP Global Corporate Communications at Ralph Lauren
Katie is responsible for all global corporate and internal communications at Ralph Lauren, an employer at our upcoming networking night, Hustle Summit in NYC. In her role, she oversees project management, events, philanthropy, public policy, and CSR, among other efforts. Before arriving at Ralph Lauren, she was a partner at Brunswick Group for nine years, where she oversaw projects related to crisis, mergers, and acquisitions.
Director of Sales Development at CB Insights
As Director of Sales Development, Lauren has overseen the mammoth success of one of the fastest-growing startups in the USA, CB Insights. She’s moved up swiftly throughout her sales career, starting out as an Account Executive at Poppin, moving into managerial positions at General Assembly and Bitly, and finally scoring a Director title at CB Insights. Lauren has also been a mentor to the FindSpark community and shared job hunt tips in this Facebook Live interview, leading up to CB Insights’ participation in Hustle Summit.

As Executive Director, Michelle oversees strategic initiatives for hiring, developing and retaining team members to help TEKsystems grow in thought leadership and financial success. During her tenure as a Director at TEKsystems, the company was named among Fortune’s “100 Best Companies to Work For”. Perhaps most impressive about Michelle’s career is her trajectory from Recruiter to Executive Director.
Global Chief Talent Officer, KBS
After spending over a decade working in Talent for multibillion-dollar companies, global advertising networks, and small tech-led creative shops, Michele has developed a special talent in driving creativity, employee happiness, business growth, and profitability. Michelle’s notable achievements have been recognized in Campaign, The Drum, and AdWeek, where the parental leave she designed was referred to as the “Gold Standard”.
Group Business Director and Founding Member at We Are Unlimited
Melanie is Group Business Director and a founding member of Mcdonald’s-dedicated agency We Are Unlimited. As such, she’s overseen the execution of some of their most digitally innovative campaigns. A recent campaign that was launched under her leadership uses augmented reality Snapchat filters to promote McDonald’s coffee. Prior to We Are Unlimited, Melanie held several senior and director roles at agencies like Leo Burnett, M&C Staachi and more.
